The Mind Body Resolutions Difference
Why Choose TRTP™ And Not Counselling?

Whilst Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other talk therapies have their place, and can achieve great results, we have found that talk therapy is a much slower process. Put simply, when you talk about your problems, you activate and alert these areas in your brain. By doing that, this can create more unwanted and unnecessary anxiety and depression etc. With TRTP™, you do NOT discuss your distress, we just eliminate it.

Trauma lives in the subconscious part of the mind, not the conscious mind. So, it makes sense that this is where treatment lies- in the subconscious brain. In TRTP™ you will be engaging your conscious mind for a small portion, but the majority of the work is facilitated by Rachael under her careful guise to reprogram the subconscious mind. You will always be in control.
See our FAQ for what is hypnotherapy and what to expect.

Today, there are many forms of trauma therapy in this day and age. What a blessing that is, unlike years gone by where trauma was by and large swept under the carpet. Unfortunately, these other modalities can take many sessions to have the desired outcomes, which can be quite costly to you. In some instances, it takes months or years to see improvement. TRTP™ is a quick and effective 3-4 session process. Done over 3-4 weeks. 1 session per week for 2-3 hours each session. It achieves results quickly, effectively and safely.

Before TRTP™, the distressing events of the past, that are replaying themselves in the subconscious mind like a video tape loop, are wrongly screaming that “it’s still happening NOW and I’m not safe”. These repeated video tape loops and flashbacks are permanently stopped. With this, the body goes back to homeostasis and calm. Symptoms cease, relationships flourish or fall away and the client gets out of the debilitating fight, flight, freeze or fawn (appeasing others) survival mode. On speaking to clients after the treatment, they report, “I don’t hate them, I nothing them.”

What is NLP/ Hypnotherapy?

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the subconscious patterning of our brains caused by learned experiences which manifest as behavioural patterns.

Hypnotherapy is the process of changing those subconscious patterns. We are naturally in a state of partial hypnosis daily eg. driving to work yet not recalling the drive; video games, watching TV and of course the art of meditating.
Altering these pathways in the brain is key to making permanent and positive changes at the subconscious level. In an NLP/Hypnotherapy session, you will always be in total control being able to both hear and respond to your guiding practitioner.

“After the 3 TRTPsessions together with Rachael, the issues with which I had previously found extremely triggering and debilitating, causing panic attacks and depression, have melted away. Rachael’s perspective, wisdom, and the love and dedication she puts into the trauma-based process was life changing. I am thankful for the impact she’s had on me, being able to find my voice and follow my heart. I am so grateful for her and the work she’s done with me”.
